La migración sostenida de las audiencias hacia plataformas de streaming y dispositivos conectados consolidó a la Connected TV (CTV) como uno de los entornos de mayor crecimiento dentro de la publicidad digital, tanto en mercados maduros como emergentes de Latinoamérica.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Este crecimiento no se explica únicamente por un cambio en los hábitos de consumo, sino por una nueva lógica en la planificación y ejecución de medios. La convergencia entre la experiencia de la televisión tradicional y las capacidades del entorno digital permite integrar alcance, impacto audiovisual, data y optimización en un mismo ecosistema, redefiniendo el rol del video dentro de las estrategias omnicanal.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Un crecimiento que se expresa de forma distinta en cada mercado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Los datos de inversión publicitaria confirman que el avance del CTV es creciente pero no homogéneo, respondiendo a dinámicas particulares en cada país:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;En &lt;strong&gt;Brasil&lt;/strong&gt;, el mercado publicitario digital continúa expandiéndose a doble dígito, con el video como uno de los principales motores de crecimiento. Para 2026, el video representará más del 40% del gasto digital total, y será el formato con mayor tasa de crecimiento interanual. En paralelo, la inversión en Connected TV alcanza los USD 170 millones, reflejando la acelerada adopción de plataformas de streaming y modelos FAST en el principal mercado de la región.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;En &lt;strong&gt;México&lt;/strong&gt;, el escenario es similar. La inversión digital mantiene un crecimiento sostenido año a año, con una proyección que supera los USD 8.000 millones hacia 2028. Dentro de ese ecosistema, el video concentra una porción cada vez más relevante del presupuesto, impulsado por el consumo de contenido en pantallas conectadas. La inversión en CTV ya supera los USD 160 millones, consolidando al país como uno de los polos de desarrollo más dinámicos del canal en Latinoamérica.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Argentina y Chile &lt;/strong&gt;muestran una rápida maduración del consumo OTT y una creciente relevancia del video digital dentro del mix de medios. En ambos países, la adopción de Smart TVs y plataformas de streaming continúa creciendo, mientras que marcas y agencias incorporan progresivamente a la Connected TV como un componente estructural de sus estrategias de video, especialmente para objetivos de construcción de marca y alcance incremental.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Más inventario, más oportunidades y nuevos desafíos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Uno de los indicadores más claros de esta evolución es el crecimiento sostenido del inventario disponible en CTV. A medida que más plataformas de streaming, fabricantes de dispositivos y publishers fortalecen sus propuestas de contenido y monetización, el volumen de impresiones disponibles continúa expandiéndose, habilitando mayor escala y diversidad de audiencias.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Desde nuestra experiencia operando activamente en este ecosistema, vemos cómo la expansión del inventario se materializa a través de integraciones con plataformas de distribución y fabricantes de dispositivos en múltiples mercados. En PML trabajamos con partners como &lt;strong&gt;TCL y Xumo&lt;/strong&gt;, entre otros actores del ecosistema CTV, con presencia en Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica. &lt;p&gt;Estas integraciones no solo incrementan la escala disponible, sino que también impulsan mejoras en eficiencia operativa, transparencia del supply path y estandarización de procesos dentro del ecosistema programático. Al mismo tiempo, favorecen la adopción de mejores prácticas en términos de calidad de inventario, brand safety, control de frecuencia y medición.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CTV como eje estratégico del ecosistema digital&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Desde una perspectiva estratégica, la Connected TV ya no debe entenderse únicamente como un canal complementario a la TV lineal, sino como un componente central dentro de las estrategias omnicanal. Su capacidad para combinar impacto audiovisual con segmentación, datos y medición avanzada la posiciona como un entorno especialmente relevante tanto para objetivos de construcción de marca como de performance.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;El crecimiento del ecosistema también plantea desafíos estructurales: la fragmentación del inventario, la necesidad de métricas comparables, la interoperabilidad tecnológica y la educación continua del mercado. Abordar estos puntos de manera colaborativa será clave para sostener un desarrollo saludable del canal en el mediano y largo plazo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;En este contexto, la Connected TV se consolida claramente como el presente y el futuro de la publicidad digital en Latinoamérica. &lt;p&gt;Con un consumo de medios radicalmente modificado, CTV encabeza la lista de tendencias a tener en cuenta. De hecho, las proyecciones para este año indican que los hogares con CTV en los EE.UU. eclipsarán a la TV paga tradicional, convirtiendo el panorama de medios y ofreciendo a los anunciantes una audiencia cada vez mayor y al alcance.
